Wake up every morning and enjoy the breathtaking views of Rangeley Lake cozied up by the fire or outside on the wrap around deck. 5 min walk to Rangeley Lake, 2 min walk to Mingo Spring golf course, 5 min drive to downtown Rangeley, 15 min to Saddleback and 30min to Sugarloaf. Enjoy the shared lake access, take the kayaks out for a paddle on the lake play a round of golf. In the winter take to nearby trails in your snowmobiles and ice fishing on the lake. There's something for all 4 seasons!

We don't live in the area, however if you need anything during your stay please message me.

The house is within walking access to the shared lake access as well as the Mingo Spring Golf Course and walking trails. There are also snow mobile trails nearby. It's a quick drive in either direction to downtown Rangeley and Oquossoc. Saddleback mountain is a 15min drive with nearby Sugarloaf only 30min away. Our home is in a very quiet neighborhood, the loudest neighbors are the deer and turkeys. We are in an association, so while there are no designated quiet hours, we do ask that you keep noise to a minimum when you are outside and do not host any parties at the property. Our neighborhood is in a wildlife sanctuary, hunting is prohibited year round. Private parking for two cars in front of the detached garage. Neighborhood is quiet and an association, please do not park in the street.
