The Reclusive Moose Cabins are a short 10-minute drive to the West Entrance of Glacier National Park. Enjoy the quiet refuge and scenery of the Reclusive Moose while visiting Glacier National Park and the surrounding area. The cabins are located one mile to crystal clear mountain rivers for a day of fishing, skipping rocks or viewing the famous river rock colors beneath the water stream. All four cabins are identical in size with two bedrooms, one bath and kitchens. They are tastefully furnished and naturally themed to reflect its namesake: Bear, Trout, Elk and Moose. From your private covered porch, you can take in the views of the Apgar Mountain range and even a glimpse of the area wildlife.

My husband Ryan and I came here over 20 years ago from our native state of Georgia. We instantly fell in love with the wild world of Glacier National Park and all its surrounding splendor. We both chose careers that would allow us to work at all of the hotels in and around Glacier park. After learning the park and its secrets we decided to build our own glacier retreat on original homestead land near the North and Middle Forks of the Flathead River.
