This year round cabin is the perfect getaway for anyone, whether you're looking for a peaceful space to relax and unwind, or you want to be close to some of New Hampshire's best hiking and skiing, and sightseeing, this space offers it all!

Located in a cozy complex, this property is situated right on the Pemigewasset River, with a swimming hole and beach area access steps away at the Blair Woodlands Natural Area. Conveniently located about 15 minutes to Waterville Valley, 20 minutes to Loon, and 25 to Cannon, your ski/snowboard options are endless! Enjoy hiking endless miles of beautiful White Mountain trails. Close to several lakes and ponds, you will have great access to fishing year round. Located about .3 miles from snowmobile trails for winter as well. This cabin is centrally located to everything you will seek for your vacation!
