This is the perfect vacation home in the St Johns area for guests who enjoy golfing, music, snowbirds, or a week-long getaway. We offer discounts for monthly stays. We enjoy sharing our clean, spacious home and know you will love all the Villages have to offer—minutes from many adult and family pools at all the recreation centers. We DO NOT have a private pool at our home. Golf cart included. Guests pay for an owner’s privilege pass for a Temporary Villagers ID for a couple that secures access to all golf courses and pools. Very clean, all new features with comfortable furniture. The master bedroom has a King bed and a bathroom suite. The guest bedrooms are two queen bedrooms, one of which has a sofa and deck. There is a relaxing lanai to enjoy your morning coffee, strong Wi-Fi, a kitchen with everything, a gas grill, and the home comes with many extras.

55-plus neighborhood with Swimming pools, family-friendly area for children, and adult pool. Guests must purchase Temporary Villagers /Couples which secures access to all golf courses and pools.
