It has been described as Magical, Mystical and Alluring. The attraction is tropical sun-washed white beaches and a casual easy paced life style. Sunshine, frolicking dolphins, and all of the water and sun sports that go with the beaches are available for your pleasure. Attention Renters - Throughout the summer 2024 the building will be going through an exterior painting project. It is expected to take roughly 3 months to complete barring any weather delays. Prep work for this project will begin right around April 22nd and work set to commence May 1st on the east side of the building. Thru time guests can expect work and workers present around the building and potential for noise while occupying a condo.
