Units offer oversized Jacuzzi Tubs Whether your interest is romance, relaxation or water sports recreation, the lake-view from our beautifully furnished units is spectacular! Let us show you the best Lake Conroe has to offer! Your amenities include lakeside swimming pool, lakeside basketball and tennis courts, covered playground for the little ones and access to covered and well lit community fishing pier! Whether your passion is boating, jet skiing, fishing, golf, tennis, swimming, biking, or just relaxing in a wonderfully natural environment; our luxurious units provide a perfect launching point for these activities!

We interact with our guests as much, or as little, as they would like and I'm happy to provide as much information about the local and surrounding area as our guests desire. Furthermore, we live local & on-site, so if there are any issues, it's relatively easy to resolve them quickly.

We chose the Seven Coves area of Lake Conroe for two primary reasons. First, we just couldn't get very excited about being on the south side of the lake (the "popular" side). Down there, the lake is too far from the freeway, there's way too much traffic and very few locations have the expansive waterfront view that we enjoy so much. More importantly, our property is unique as it is the only property in Houston and on the lake that it has a private waterfront balcony that actually hangs over the water! We instantly fell in love with this feature! Every one else has a strip of grass or a sidewalk between the unit and water. Not so at our place, if you drop something off the balcony,...it WILL make a splash! When prospective customers ask us to confirm that the unit is actually on the lake, I enjoy reassuring them by saying, "It couldn't be any more on the lake, unless it was IN the lake". Invariably, when they arrive, they say something like, "Wow, you weren't kidding. We are definitely ON the lake!". It generally makes for some interesting conversation.
