Throw some logs into the wood-burning fireplace to warm up the entire room in the blink of an eye and tune in to your favorite show on the large TV. The condo's balcony affords stunning views of the mountains, Dredge Pond, and the Town of Breckenridge. The Quicksilver Super6 chairlift is a block away, providing easy access to the slopes. Main Street Breckenridge is also just steps away with its plethora of local eateries and shops. Downtown Breckenridge is also known for its year-long parades and events - making this a fun getaway no matter the season! Come back home after an exciting afternoon in downtown 'Breck' to relax and gaze out at radiant sunset views. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Due to local rules and regulations, the common area facilities are operating on a limited basis. However, not all amenities may be open. This is subject to change at any time. This studio is not equipped with air-conditioning. The hot tub is currently out of order.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
