This is a new construction home located on a quiet street in Denver, North Carolina. We are about 10 minutes walk from Lake Norman. You will be renting 1 bedroom inside a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home. Double Rooms are using a full bathroom with 2 vanities/sinks, a shower and bathtub. This bathroom is directly across from the rooms in the hallway. See photos for reference. Based on other bookings, you could be sharing this bathroom. Feel free to inquire about other bookings. The Queen Room has a private bathroom with a shower and 2 vanities/sinks. You will not share this restroom, as it's attached to the Queen Suite and private. Free High speed fiber optic wifi. Laundry and Kitchen available if needed. Please clean up after yourself if you use the kitchen. This booking has no cleaning fee to keep costs low for you. A cleaning can be arranged during your stay for a fee if desired.
We enjoy hosting people from around the world. This home has a 6 month old kitten. -ID Verification Required -No Unauthorized guests -No Parties -No Illegal Activities Failure to adhere to these rules could result in a cancellation of your booking.
This 2 story home is on a private road in a quiet area. We are near several grocery stores such as Food Lion, Publix & Harris Teeter. There are many choices of dining within 15 minutes.
