It's the perfect home base for your next outdoorsy escape with family and friends spend your days hiking, biking, or browsing the Village and surround areas such as SkyPark at Santas Village which is packed with many adventure based activities. , then unwind in the quiet seclusion of the mountains. Inside, the main level offers two separate living areas and a full Retro kitchen for whipping up your favorite meals with direct access to the large furnished deck. Step outside to your own slice of mountain paradise sip a favorite drink as the sun dips behind the treetops, or fire up the gas grill for a classic summer cookout. When it's time to turn in, a bedroom on each floor gives everyone their own private space for a great night's sleep with a TV in each room. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
