Property info

This three bedroom, 2 bath with Jacuzzi tub condo is perfect for sleeping 6 people. Guests staying in this condo will enjoy 2 full baths, one featuring a jacuzzi tub. Master bedroom has king bed, bedroom 2 has queen bed, bedroom 3 has queen bed. These units have a gas fireplace in the living area and private balconies overlooking the city and the Smoky Mountains. Due to HOA rules, not trailers are allowed in the parking lot.

Neighborhood info

Both buildings on the property have elevators. All units are wheelchair accessible. All units have gas fireplaces, and kitchens in them. We provide a small box of dishwasher detergent so we suggest bring more just in case. We provide the basic cookware and utensils you may need, but if you plan on doing a lot of cooking we suggest bringing more cookware. We provide all linens and towels. Housekeeping does not clean your room during your stay unless you request it, and there is a fee. Due to HOA rules, no trailers are allowed in the parking lot.
