River access from the property is currently off-limits due to storm damage, but Monte Rio Beach is an easy half-mile walk for swimming and launching kayaks. Since there's no washer/dryer, pack accordingly or plan a midweek laundry run to Guerneville. Quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM help preserve Monte Rio's peaceful small-town character. The primary renter must be 21 or older.
