The living area features a stone fireplace to keep the place warm during cold nights and a set of inviting couches; you can always snuggle up and read a good book or share a fun time with your guests playing a board game. The main bedroom features a gas fireplace of its own. Prepare delicious snacks or a full-course meal in the kitchen (equipped with and then kick your feet up and watch your favorite series on the flatscreen TV. Riverfront Retreat also features a convenient outdoor dining area in the balcony, which means you can dine while taking in some mountain and valley views. A gas grill is also available if you'd like to show off your grilling skills. If you're too tired after a busy day, the private hot tub has your back!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
