Inside, you will find a cozy living space with sofas, a TV with DirecTV, and an electric fireplace; a four-person dining table; and a fully appointed kitchen with all the essentials, including a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. Enjoy the Crabapple Creek on Kesse Rd to sit and relax with beautiful rocks to walk and sit in the water. You're just four miles away from the old General Store/Frontier Outpost - stop by, grab a cold drink and enjoy listening to music on weekend nights. THINGS TO KNOW The full kitchen does not have a dishwasher. A pet fee is required at check-in. Only dogs allowed. Water conservation is encouraged as the home uses water tanks. Hunting is prohibited on the property, as are ATVs and other off-road vehicles. There are feeding areas for deer on the property. Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
