PLEASE NOTE THAT RESERVATION DATES INCLUDING MID-OCTOBER THRU MID-MAY, THE MAX OCCUPANCY IS REDUCED TO SIX PEOPLE, AS THE ACCOMMODATIONS ABOVE THE GARAGE ARE WINTERIZED AND NOT ACCESSIBLE TO GUESTS. ONLY THE MAIN HOUSE IS HABITABLE AND ACCESSIBLE TO GUESTS DURING MID-OCTOBER THRU MID-MAY. This may include the latter part of May as well. All dependant on weather, temperature, and snow.
