Silent nights. Safe stay in private house. TV, Wi-Fi, comp and coffee for working/studying remotely Our goal is to provide high level of hospitality for our guests. Please, be respectful to other guests and mindful to follow rules Please, no smoking at all Please, use hear-phones if possible Please, no outdoor shoes inside the house. Please, no eating/drinking in living/business-room areas. We have well equipped dining areas (indoor and outdoor) No parties, no drugs, no pets, no children bellow legal age The kitchen is designed for preparing light snacks. Kindly clean up after yourself. Not intended for baking, boiling or cooking greasy or unusual-smelling foods :-))) The laundry would cost about ten to twenty bucks. Wednesday is a preferable day for laundry. Please, make sure you book your laundry service in two days (by Monday) Lizzy Juan Salon and Jax Gentleman's Barbershop are on the next block. No any kind of hair coloring, manicure or pedicure inside the property please
