Fire up the gas grill for perfect backyard barbecues. The well-appointed kitchen has all the essentials for easy meal prep and the living area is a cozy evening hangout spot featuring a fireplace and TV. This home, like many mountain homes, does not feature A/C. When it's time to explore, the home offers prime access to area attractions, including Sky Park At Santa's Village (theme park) and Green Valley Lake (fishing). Nearby activities include golf, skiing, water sports, downhill skiing, bike riding, zip lining, fly fishing, and ice skating. This home features one King bed, three queen beds, and one double bed. One bedroom is specially appointed in Disney princess themes, making it perfect for the little ones in the group. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This home, like many mountain homes, does not feature A/C The pool is open June-September only. Pool heat is optional for additional daily fee, requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to check in. The home is equipped with one oven; the double oven is out of order.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. An optional fee of USD 72 per day is available to be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
