Newly renovated free-standing full house in the Marigny Triangle, on the streetcar line. Lush private courtyard with secure off-street covered parking. A short walk to the historic French Quarter and Frenchmen Street. Numerous restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and live music are within a 5-10-minute stroll. Take the streetcar or a quick Uber to the Super Dome, Saenger Theater, Convention Center, Fairgrounds, and more!

Born and raised in South Louisiana and have been in NOLA most of my adult life. I love the history and culture of this city and especially the French Quarter where we currently live. We live in the neighborhood and can be available should guests need assistance.

The Historic Marigny neighborhood is located in the heart of New Orleans. This neighborhood offers convenient, walkable access to live music, bars local restaurants, coffee & beignet shops, and various other boutiques, galleries, and other retailers. The house is blocks away from the live music scene along Frenchman street. The French Quarter is a 10 minute walk! The property is on the St Claude Street Car line which runs the length of the French Quarter and connects to other areas of the city at Canal Street. Lyft & Uber are readily available for pickups (usually under 3 mins) The Superdome/Arena, Fairgrounds, Saenger Theatre, and Convention Center are all within a 10 minute ride away.
