The Sand & Sea is Seaside's Premier Ocean Front Condo Complex with indoor pool and sauna. Staying here you simply step out the complex and on to the Promenade. You are steps to the beach and two blocks to broadway, right in the middle of it all! The building is maintained by a loving group of owners who care for the building and it shows.
