Been self-employed for 15 years now starting this new venture in life. Married, Father of 4 wonderful kids, live in Orlando. Love to travel. Both me and my wife Patrica worked very hard to come to this point in life. My goal is to provide my guests the same way I would expect safety/ service, cleanliness, and affordability. We will do our best to give your family a wonderful stay while visiting Orlando. I will be available 24/7. Family Friendly resort. It's a spacious one-bedroom, two-full-bath condo near DisneyWord, you are right in the middle of all the action with Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure, Sea World, Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and near multiple shopping centers. Our condo provides a beautiful view of Lake Bryan at the Blue Heron Beach Resort. This condo provides a gym, tiki bar, jet skiing, and many more. Condo provides its own private balcony overlooking the pool and the mesmerizing scenery.

The nearest airport is Orlando International Airport (12 miles from the property). 5 minutes to DISNEY. Orange County Convention Center (6 miles). Prime Outlets Orlando (1.4 miles). Sea World Orlando (4.5 miles) Universal Studios (10 minutes). Numerous shopping centers are also nearby, like Walmart and Publix. Easy access to taxis and Uber. Lots of restaurants are nearby, like Golden Corral, Bahamas Breeze, Applebees, Subway, Hurricane Grill and Wings, Chick-fil-A, etc. Starbucks, and Dunkin Donuts just Mins walk away Walgreens is also across the street. The dollar store is next door. You can enjoy water sports on Lake Bryan for a fee. Miniature Golf is very close to the property. And many more. The property is good for families with small child Guests can access the 2 heated outdoor pools, outdoor hot tub, kiddie pool, fitness center, free parking .After hour Check-In's is also available(Regular Lobby hours Monday - Sunday from 8am to 10pm) After hours On-site security will have Guest information and access to unit, contact number for security is posted on the lobby entrance door 407 / 234-8336.
