Our cute off-grid 12x10 cabins are in a quiet woodland setting in Lincoln, Maine! 2 Adults per cabin maximum / NO kids. Not Mobility friendly. Pre-Approved pets only. We include queen bed and bedding, towels, USB ports, 500 watt inverter, mosquito nets, communal areas include firepit, outdoor kitchen, event Outhouse with RV flush toilet. We ask that you provide drinking water, pack out your trash & bring your own firewood. Dog Park and Gift shops golf close by! Please note that Baxter State Park does not allow pets and they cannot be left here unattended. (Local sitting services available). Just 1-3 miles from river and lake launches and trails! Take a walk on our SpookyWoods trail!

The property houses a Tri-plex before the cabin sites. My daughter Lindsie and I both occupy units and are here to help. We both work from home, she does data analysis and I do a radio show so we are usually on-site!

On the edge of town and close to a state park as well as 13 bodies of water!
