Great Ocean Condos Welcomes You to Sea Woods 115! Great Ocean Condos and Homes happily rents to guests 25 years and older. Located in the Sea Woods residential subdivision in New Smyrna, this is the ideal one bedroom, one bath condo, perfect for your next Florida vacation. The condo has free WIFI, 2 Smart TVs equipped with a complimentary Netflix, a fully stocked beautiful kitchen with all the major appliances, and a full-size washer and dryer inside the unit. The unit provides one reserved parking spot as well as guest parking. The spacious bedroom has a King bed, walk-in closet and dressers are available to make yourself right at home. When it’s time to get ready for the day you can do so in the fabulous two-part bathroom. The powder room right off the bedroom offers a large mirror, an additional sink, and plenty of counter space for all of your toiletries without limiting access to the bathroom. The beautifully decorated living room has a sleeper sofa, offering additional bedding options for your guests. Don't forget to bring: While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.
