You're about to have a terrific, sun-filled vacation when you book this one-bedroom condo conveniently located less than one mile from the local public beaches! Hang out in the living room to watch an entertaining Netflix movie or show on the flatscreen TV then use the full kitchen's small and major appliances to throw together a delicious lunch to enjoy at the dining table with seating for four. Spend an afternoon in the shared pool or head out to the beach for a day of sun and sand. The patio is a terrific place to wake up with a cup of morning coffee before taking the trolly to the Village, Marginal Way, restaurants, and local activities. Have a little work to do while you're here? The home's high-speed WiFi makes it quick and easy for remote workers and students to complete their projects on time. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Indoor pool and outdoor pool are open 9 a.m. through 9:30 p.m. Memorial Day through Labor Day. Weather permitting.

Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
