Since then, we’ve built a vast inventory of unique rental homes in Texas and have a dedicated team to deliver an incredible experience in a beautiful property. So now it’s up to you. Escape to coastal comfort at this charming 1-bedroom condo at Maravilla Condominiums in Galveston! With hallway bunks and a sleeper sofa, it sleeps up to six. Enjoy ocean breezes from the balcony, relax by the resort-style pool or hot tub, and take advantage of covered cabanas and a fitness center. Just steps from the beach, this pet-friendly getaway is perfect for families and couples seeking a relaxing Gulf escape. ● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1. ● Location: Condominium on Seawall Blvd in Galveston, TX ● Beach Access: Complex is located across the street from the Gulf and Beach Access ● Community Amenities: Maravilla Condominiums- Guests have access to the complex pools throughout the year. Guests MUST wear Maravilla provided wristbands in the pool area. ● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates. ● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps. ● Pet Policy: 1 pet is allowed with a 25 Dollars fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors. ● Parking: You can purchase your Parking Passes online at the Maravilla Galveston website and bring your receipt to the Office. Parking Passes are required to park at the Maravilla. Guests MUST have a visible & valid parking pass. Those who do not, after a warning, will be towed. ● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee. ● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip. ● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book. GVR-15794 We are unable to price match any rates found on other booking platforms.

Maravilla Condos has three swimming pools (one that is heated during the winter months) and a hot tub. Covered cabanas by the main pool, a workout facility and covered parking with three elevators located throughout the property are additional conveniences. There are laundry facilities on each floor, for those owners that do not have washer/dryers in their unit. Most importantly, Maravilla offers a wonderful view of the Ocean from each unit. Maravilla Condos is located close to Schlitterbahn Water Park, Moody Gardens and Aquarium, Pleasure Pier, State Park and various wonderful beaches. Galveston Island has so many diverse restaurants for the entire family to enjoy. The front office of Maravilla Owners Association, Inc. is open seven (7) days a week, Monday & Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Wednesday - Sunday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., for the convenience of the Association’s members and their guests.
