Property Size: 1940 square feet. TV Setup: Living Room - 32" Smart TV; King Bedroom - 32" Smart TV; Queen Bedroom - 23" Smart TV. Internet: Spectrum provider, up to two hundred Mbps Wi-Fi (speeds may vary). Pet Friendly: Pet fee is two hundred fifty dollars per pet; for two or more pets, one hundred fifty dollars each (non-refundable). Service animals with proper documentation are exempt from the pet fee. Private Pool & Spa: West-facing pool, with a 5ft deep end and safety fence. Pool heater available for thirty-five dollars per day with a three-day minimum. If reservation is less than three days, the minimum fee applies. Pool and spa share the same water system; the spa is not a hot tub. Grill Rental: No house grill; rental options are available. Three-burner grill: one hundred fifteen dollars per week. Seasons is a charming, quiet community with well-maintained vacation homes and villas. Seasons is located south of Orlando on US 192 east just behind Medieval Times and close to Walmart. It is also offering a community playground as well as a pond/lake with a peaceful walking trail.
