Seawall Sunrise by BeachBox is just a 2-minute stroll from the beach and is a cozy and convenient home perfect for families or groups! Enjoy sunrises from the spacious second floor balcony and take advantage of the in-law suite for extra privacy. Located close to Galveston's historic downtown, with its charming shops, restaurants, and the thrilling Pleasure Pier, this spot has something for everyone. Ideal for creating lasting memories, our home is your gateway to all the best of Galveston. ● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1. ● Location: East End off of Seawall Blvd. in Galveston, Texas ● Beach Access: Less than a 2 minute walk to the Seawall and a short drive/walk to many restaurants and attractions. ● Rent Beach Box: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates. ● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps. ● Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed. ● Parking: There is room for 2 cars in the driveway, and 2 additional cars on the street. For street parking you will need to put a parking permit in the vehicle. Any lost parking permits have a replacement fee of 250 Dollars. ● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee. ● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home.
