Living area is equipped with a queen sleeper sofa as well. Master suite upstairs features king bed with ensuite bathroom & walk in closet. There's nothing more relaxing than sitting on the master deck sipping morning coffee or evening cocktails taking in a sunset. It's the perfect location to enjoy the Mexico Beach 4th of July fireworks! Home also has a screened front porch & outdoor shower to rinse off after a day in the sand. The fenced back yard offers privacy and a patio with table & chairs. Carport & plenty of parking for those who want to bring their boat. The public boat launch is about half a mile away. Within walking distance is a little bit of something for every craving: Mango Marley (Bar & Grill), Beach Pizza, Caribbean Coffee & Mexico Beach Sweets.
