JB is originally from Pittsburgh, PA, and is a retired Sergeant Major, serving 26 years in the U.S. Army in units such as the 75th Ranger Regiment and as Cadre at the United States Military Academy at West Point. JB serves as a keynote speaker on leadership as well as a published author. Ilona came to this wonderful Country in 1995 from Ukraine as a skating champion. For the next two decades, she was an elite-level skating coach assisting athletes on their path to greatness, which forged champions and Olympians. Ilona is a licensed real estate agent in Nevada, assisting her clients in creating their dreams. Life, love, family, and faith is our belief, placed on the mantle of honor and integrity.
