Nestled among the trees near the slopes of Sunday River Resort, this cozy home makes a wonderful base for adventure all year long. You'll be less than a mile from Sunday River's White Cap Lodge (and the White Cap Quad and Little White Cap Quad Lifts) and barely over a mile from the main resort base area. Skier, hiker, or snowboarder, you'll feel right at home at this two-story cottage, ideally situated between the small towns of Newry (five miles north) and Bethel (five miles south). In addition to Sunday River's eight interconnected peaks and 53 miles of trails, you'll find the Sunday River Bridge, the Sunday River Swim Area, and the Sunday River Golf Club within four miles. Grafton Notch State Park (14 miles) and the Androscoggin River are easily accessible as well. As you return from your daily excursions, you can easily remove and stash your outdoor gear in the heated, wood-paneled mud room. Moving inside, you'll be greeted by a window-lined living room where you can kick back on soft sofas, toast your toes by the gas fireplace, and stream your favorite movies on TV. On winter evenings, use stainless steel kitchen appliances to prepare hearty dinners. Come summer, there's a gas grill on the patio for barbecues beneath the stars. Enjoy the convenience of high-speed WiFi, a private washer/dryer, and a second smart TV in the primary bedroom upstairs. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
