Silva Domus Payment Policy: Due to the overwhelming number of fraudulent reservations made, Prepayment is required immediately after making a reservation. We can send you a link via Stripe to make a payment or you can cancel your reservation and rebook using the Airbnb platform. New Studio Apartment with Private Outdoor Space. Modern Kitchen with Quartz countertops, LG Microwave, LG Refrigerator, & LG W/D. Casper Queen Bed with fresh linens. Spa-like bathroom with Illuminated mirror, comfort height toilet, & Delta Raincan shower. New Paver Patio just for your use! Sip your wine or favorite cocktail outside. We can accept guests with a child who can use the same bed for sleeping or is able to use a Pack N-Play crib. The security deposit will need to be charged by credit card, a hold will be placed on your card at the time of check-in. Cash is NOT accepted for the security deposit. Our neighborhood is diverse, with excellent views of Manhattan and deer roaming around. Eagle Rock Reservation borders our neighborhood with hiking trails and an NYC overlook with a 9/11 memorial. Montclair town center is a 5-minute drive with many BYOB restaurants! Whole Foods is in the shopping center at the intersection of Prospect Ave and Eagle Rock Ave, one mile away, 5-minute drive, or continue along the paved trail from Mountain Ave, our cross street, through the reservation to Prospect Ave.
