This is a premium Mt View location with a center view of the slopes and pool The whole apartment. 100% of the apartment is yours I work on the property and live close by. I'm always around to answer questions and solve any issues quickly and efficiently Vernon is a rural area. There a lot of things to do if you are willing to explore. Popular options are Skiing/Snowboarding, Mt Biking, hiking, golf, Space Farms, Trips to Warwick Mt Creek Water park, Farm Entertainment ( Pennings, etc) Best to have a car This is a solidly built Condo Hotel building but there is the potential for noise. Quiet time begins at 10PM. Note there is no front desk, its a condo building
