Back at your stay, enjoy views of the wildlife as the neighboring home's yard is well-loved by deer and other furry friends. Inside, you'll quickly feel welcomed amidst the relaxing color palette, effortless layout, and modern appliances. The living room boasts a fireplace, leather sofa, and smart TV. Steps from here, the well-equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze with its updated appliances and ample meal prep space. An in-kitchen dining table is available for mealtime. Perfectly decorated for the littlest members of your family, one of the bedrooms displays a bunk bed, board games, and other child-friendly items. The main bedroom is sizable and comfortably lined with soft linens and partial air. A private washer/dryer ties together the interior amenities. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
