Sonny’s place is a special place located just five minutes from town but with a location that makes you feel like you’re in the country. The home was built by my husband’s grandfather. My husband’s dad grew up in the home and after he grew up , married and his parents passed away he moved back into his childhood home . He ( Sonny as he was nicknamed) continued to live in the home , with the help of his son and daughter in law (Tom and Trina) until he passed away in 2024. It was at that time , we decided to make the home a vacation home for people to enjoy as we all have through the years . The large gazebo , built by Sonny and his dad is the favorite spot of most who visit . There have been deer, rabbits, raccoons and possums seen out here . Coyotes can sometimes be heard late in the evening. There is a couple of beautiful bright red cardinals and the occasional blue bird that show themselves practically everyday. We hope you will enjoy the peace and quiet of this treasured home as much as our family has .
