Great view, great lighting, and all updated. 300 ft. from the Beach you can even drive on the beach, walking distance to Flagler Avenue, and walking distance to major mall. This is a large one bedroom apartment with private bedroom with a queen sized bed, full bathroom, full sized murphy bed, and a twin sofa bed. good parking. We have a 7-Day minimum stay requirement.
Paradise in New Smyrna Beach is what i felt when i first visited this little town, i fell in love with it the day i went there, i loved it so much i purchased a beautiful 4 family building, its located right by the beach, just 300 feet and your on the beach, i want to share this experience with other people, and now i have gotten visitors from all different Countries, My place is all updated and spotless, good parking and close to all the main streets, so come on down and see for your self. Anthony
