This bright and sunny cottage is situated on a quiet residential street. Guests can walk to the nearby beaches, White Street shops, and enjoy the sunny pool, hot tub and patio space. A large open kitchen, skylights, light tile floors and French doors leading from the living room and both the bedrooms to the pool area create a real indoor/outdoor living experience. The living room is spacious and comfortable with bright tropical colors with a small lounging corner where you can relax in the overstuffed chaise, read a good book, take a nap, all while gazing out to the pool and patio. Several new upgrades have been added by the owners including a new ductless air conditioner to cool or heat the living area. The primary bedroom sits to the rear of the property with French doors to a private patio space complete with the new 6-person hot tub. It's your own outdoor spa! The second bedroom is on the front of the house adjacent to the living room with French doors leading out to the pool. Bedding: 2 kings, 1 sleeper sofa. Parking is on-street. Please note: This is a Monthly vacation rental with a minimum stay of 30 days, excluding February. HOUSE RULES The following rules are a condition of this rental: * MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Guest agrees to the maximum number of occupants previously stated and to register all occupants and visitors at the time the reservation is made. If there are any changes or substitutions in occupancy, RKWV must receive immediate notice. * OCCUPANTS: No occupants under the age of 25 are allowed unless accompanied by a parent or other legal guardian. Non-compliance with this provision will result in denial of occupancy and forfeiture of all monies paid to date. * QUIET HOURS: Guest and their visitors SHALL NOT DISTURB neighbors with loud noise, music or unlawful, unsafe or pollution-causing behavior.
