The property was purchased in 2000 as a family home. It' 1575 square foot log home; sets on 1 acre. It's located 3 miles from Soldotna, Alaska. Soldotna has a population of approximately 5,000. It's centrally located on the Kenai Peninsula; 9 miles from Kenai, 14 miles from Kasilof River, 22 miles from Clam Gluch, and 75 miles from Homer. The property has a large fire pit and a barbeque to enjoy your evenings after a long day of fishing, site seeing, boating or hiking.
It is our goal to provide you with a neat and clean place to stay while in the Soldotna area. It's our hope to share a little piece of Alaska with our guests. It's on most people's bucket list, make it yours.
The cabin sets one half block off the Sterling Hwy. It's in a semi-country atmosphere and provides easy access to anywhere you would want to go on the Kenai Peninsula. There is a convenient gas/store walking distance from the house. You can easily mountain bike into Soldotna. The Peninsula has numerous eateries, live music, bars, breweries, shopping, plus much more! Not to mention, a golf course just minutes from the house.
