Please message us when you plan to use the spa and we will turn it on upon request. POOL heating (80° F/ 26° C) is available at an additional cost per day for length of stay and must be requested at least 48 hours before check-in to ensure we have enough time to heat it before your stay. Please inquire if interested. **Note that Heating system can ONLY heat the Spa or Pool and cannot heat up both simultaneously. If pool is being heated, please message us and we'll switch the heat to the Spa. PARTIES AND EVENTS STRICTLY PROHIBITED: We pride ourselves in being good neighbors so enforce a strict quiet hour policy from 10pm - 7am every day. Parties and events are illegal for short term rentals in Las Vegas and we use noise monitors in the home's common area and security cameras to strictly enforce this.

We are conveniently located in the Northern Part of Las Vegas and about 15 minutes away from the Las Vegas Strip! This is a perfect location if you're looking for a quiet neighborhood away from busy strip, but still easily accessible in case you do want to visit.
