Gorgeous private condo perched on a hillside with beautiful, unobstructed mountain views in all directions providing spectacular sunrises and sunsets from the patio. The condo is perfect for weekend getaways or long-term stays. The living area features stylish and comfortable furniture and a 66 inch Roku TV with ROKU Guest installed for signing into streaming stations. Leather couch folds into a hide-a-bed for extra sleeping space. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials, including spices, condiments and cooking oil. Coffee maker, coffee, creamer, and sugar are also provided. Fast food, casual and fine dining options are just minutes away. Each bedroom has a Roku TV with Roku Guest Mode, comfortable beds with luxury sheets and extra pillows and blankets. There are luggage racks in both bedroom closets. The bathrooms come supplied with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion in individual dispensers. The in-unit laundry is complete with detergent and dryer sheets.
We live in Salt Lake City, Utah. We have recently retired. We have always loved traveling and experiencing new things, now we look forward to doing even more! We enjoy camping and exploring unique places both far and wide. When at home, we enjoy downtown Salt Lake City, concerts ,brew pubs, backgammon and playing in the Wasatch Mountains.
Close to seven major gold courses, including world famous Wolf Creek! Multiple casinos and fine dining and take out restaurants. Near Valley of Fire and endless miles of ATV trails. One hour drive to Las Vegas and one hour or less to Zions National Park, and Sand Hollow, Quail Creek, and Snow Canyon State Parks. Mesquite Business License 991293
