Roy has had rental properties for 20+ years and has been growing his Short Stay Rental business since 2019. A Superhost and Premier Host, Roy and his Team are readily available to answer any questions and/or assist before, during, and after your stays. Roy and his wife, Kelly, live nearby in downtown Montgomery at their Train Depot Home and their Forest Home just north of Montgomery in the Sam Houston National Forest with their sweet English Bull Terrier, Juno.

Game Junction is the ultimate game room! This quaint property is a sweet place to stay offering tons of fun w/ a pool table, shuffle board, bowling game, etc. along w/ a kitchenette, bathroom, sitting area & two huge TVs. There's a queen murphy bed that sleeps 2 plus a sofa bed. Just outside your door, you can play sand volleyball, grill, & chill-lax by the fire pit. We're located near the railroad near historic Montgomery, which offers a sweet, nostalgic feel to the experience. Kitchenette stocked w/ essentials to prepare meals_combo microwave/air fryer, counter-top griddle & 2 burners. There's a grill outside the entrance. It's a smoker, gas/charcoal grill w/ a griddle option off to side. This unit is located on a property w/ 2 other rental units, if you're planning a family gathering, looking to hang out for a stay w/ friends, message the host, Roy, to inquire about availability of adjacent properties, or check our accommodation availability feature on our website. The entire property (3 units, including this game room accommodation) will comfortably sleep up to 20 guests & one of the other properties has a swimming pool! Lake ConRoy's Game Junction comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests w/ an add 'l nightly fee applying to guests 3 & 4. If you're planning a social gathering here, but only 4 guests will be staying the night, we do require approval prior to check-in and an additional fee may apply based on the number of people expected to enjoy this accommodation with you. Again, we do allow social gatherings, but WE DO REQUIRE NOTIFICATION prior to check-in and the HOST's FINAL APPROVAL. LATE CHECK-OUT options available at three different levels: Until 12 noon @ no charge Until 2pm @ 45_Until 6pm @ 75. *If a LATE CHECK-OUT is desired, please connect w/ Host, Roy, via text/call for approval, so we may confirm it will not conflict with any other guests checking in/housekeeping. We're located just off FM 149 about 1 mile south of historic downtown Montgomery. Smoking, including vaping, is not permitted inside our homes or accommodations, but outside lounge areas are provided. We do ask that you don't leave cigarette butts nor other paraphernalia on-site after checkout. ** PETS ALLOWED_Pet FEE applies upon check-in, unless you process payment at time of booking. Typically ONE (1) pet is allowed at this property, however, should you have more than one pet, host approval is required. ** We ask that pets are kenneled, when left unattended in our homes. And if they snuggle with you on furniture, we ask that blankets or pads are placed beneath them. Grocery and other delivery options are available at this address.
