We're very excited to host you in our home. I designed and built this home and the two others next to it with some friends a few years ago and they are our biggest achievement so far and our mark on San Diego. They were built utilizing Modular Construction. The Portuguese cobblestone driveways are a nod to my Brazilian birth, modeled after the Copacabana boardwalk pattern and the first use of that stone in the US as far as I know. My family and I still use these homes to vacation ourselves so please treat it as if it were your own. We would not be able to continue to enjoy them without guests like you

Hi friend! I was born in Brazil before being shuttled all over the US growing up and decided to plant myself in San Diego 10 years ago. I love this town! A couple of years ago I had a crazy idea to build three houses at the beach. I designed them, built them and operate them myself. These three homes are our slice of heaven and proudest achievement. We love sharing them with the world and our kids love sleeping in the lofts and hanging out on the beach for days on end. Since then I've started helping some friends and mentors manage their own properties. We're part of a niche group of Architects and Designers who develop their own projects in San Diego. I can honestly say I host some of San Diego's most unique spaces. Me and my wife are often staying in one of the homes with our parents, our kids or some friends and would love to meet like-minded vacationers with a love for the beach, fresh air and good times!
