Beautiful, NEWLY REMODELED Oceanfront Condo on the 1st floor. This 1 bedroom condo has been recently remodeled with a gourmet kitchen, newer appliances, luxury vinyl plank floors and newly remodeled bathroom. Your private balcony overlooks crashing waves, and steps to the beach. Sleep to the tranquil crashing of the waves (better than any sound machine). You cannot get any closer to the ocean! The State fishing pier, Seaview pier, is 3 miles away, Splash by the Sea restaurant (3.5 miles), shopping and more restaurants within 10 minutes away. 30 minutes from Wilmington International Airport. NO PETS, PLEASE. Verification and DEPOSIT thru Superhog REMINDER: THE ATLANTIC OCEAN HAS TIDES FROM -1 FEET AT LOW TIDE up to 6.5 FEET AT HIGH TIDE. THERE COULD BE SEVERAL HOURS A DAY WHEN THERE IS LITTLE OR NO BEACH. HOWEVER, IF YOU WALK ON EITHER SIDE OF THE CONDO COMMUNITY, THE BEACH IS WIDE OPEN. Beach Renovations occur occasionally throughout the year.
