This second-floor unit includes a queen bed and a generous queen sofa pullout, a kitchen area with a sink, a refrigerator, a microwave, a 2-top stovetop, a table to seat four, a Keurig coffee maker, and all the necessary items to cook a simple meal (pans, pots, plates, utensils, coffee mugs, etc.). and a 50” Smart TV. It has a balcony and is just down the hall from two lounge areas with views of Donner Lake. Donner Lake Village is near plenty of spots for hiking, skiing, swimming, etc. After getting back from hiking or skiing, guests of the Donner Lake Village can wind down in the on-site sauna. Coin-op washers and dryers, and free parking are also provided at Donner Lake Village. Donner Summit is just 2.5 mi away from the Donner Lake Village. Historic Downtown Truckee is an 8-minute drive from Donner Lake Village. Lake Tahoe is 19 mi away.

Donner Lake Village HOA is located at the west end of Donner Lake. This small community is only 8 minutes away from downtown Truckee and 10 minutes away from all the ski resorts on Donner Summit (Boreal, Sugarbowl, Donner Ski Ranch, Soda Springs, Royal Gorge, Kingvale Resort), and only 20 minutes from Lake Tahoe. Our property offers two extensive parking lots, free Wi-Fi throughout the resort, Two Saunas, a Ski wax room, a Coin-Operated Laundry room, and three lounge areas with amazing views of Donner Lake. During the summer, we offer floating docks, a fishing dock, outdoor propane grills, and picnic tables available for our guests. Please inquire about availability.
