Featuring a private beach with boat slips and an on-site marina in summer, Donner Lake Village is near plenty of spots for hiking, skiing, snowboarding, swimming, and camping. After getting back from hiking or skiing, guests can wind down in the on-site sauna. Laundry facilities and free parking are also provided at Donner Lake Village. Unit 111 is an easily accessible unit with new cabinetry, furniture, paint, and flooring. This clean and tastefully decorated unit includes a queen bed and queen sofa bed, a kitchen with a 2-top stovetop, sink, a medium-sized refrigerator, a microwave, and the necessary items to cook a meal. Unit 111 also has a 40” TV and is conveniently located across from our laundry facility and the building’s entrance. Our units are equipped with various amenities to cater to your needs, including free internet access, a sofa sleeper, a flat-screen television with DirecTV service, a mini refrigerator and microwave, a coffee station, a fan, a hair dryer, and an iron and ironing board, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Donner Lake Village HOA is located at the west end of Donner Lake. This small community is only 8 minutes away from downtown Truckee and 10 minutes away from all the ski resorts on Donner Summit (Boreal, Sugarbowl, Donner Ski Ranch, Soda Springs, Royal Gorge, Kingvale Resort). Our property offers two extensive parking lots free for our guests, Free wifi throughout the resort, Two Saunas, a Ski wax room, a Coin-op Laundry room, and three lounge areas with amazing views of Donner Lake. During the summer, we have floating docks and a fishing dock available for our guests. Please inquire about availability.
