Welcome to our beautiful townhome in Baton Rouge. Brand-new house with all new and modern furniture and appliances. This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom house has a total of 7 beds and one couch bed and can sleep 12 guests very comfortably! The master has a king size bed, and the guest bedrooms have a full-size bed and a twin-size bed in each room. Only a 5-minute drive to campus, it is also on the LSU bus route, and walking distance to several restaurants.
