Garry and I are motorcyclists, mountain bike riders and watersport enthusiasts. We love to travel and enjoy everything the outdoors has to offer. The Blue Ridge Mountains are full of the beauty of outdoors and offer adventure that keeps us coming back. The area offers some of the best motorcycle riding and mountain bike trails to be found. We love kayaking in the Toccoa River and riding our jet skis in the Blue Ridge Lake. All of these things available within 20 minutes of downtown Blue Ridge made this a very attractive place for us to want a vacations home. We have equipped the cabin with some of our favorite things and we hope they are your favorite too.

Our cabin is on Sugar Mountain. It is a cabin neighborhood and all the the cabin are separated by two to five acres so no one is on top of each other and when you look out you do not see another cabin right in your window. We are surrounding by wildlife including black bear, white tailed deer and wild turkey. In addition to its local beauty the area is home to several wineries that offer both tastings and tours. If you make it to the areas don't miss Mercier"s Orchard where you can pick your own apples, peaches, strawberries and blueberries in season. In addition to the natural beauty and the attractions Blue Ridge offers some of the best culinary experiences around. There are no chains in downtown Blue Ridge and the chefs and restaurant owns are second to none. Grace, Black Sheep, General Ledger, Harvest on Main, The Yellow Elephant, Chester's and the list goes on........There is so many wonderful things about this small town. I am enchanted over and over every time we visit. I am sure that I am forgetting many things so you will have to come and experience it for yourself. I would love to hear your favorites.
