Being the first unit when you walk up the stairs, this end unit offers more interior space, including a third bathroom and an additional balcony that other units in the complex do not have. The Summerhouse Condo Complex is unique in offering exclusive amenities in Mexico Beach. The community pool and hot tub can be found on the second floor of the building, offering a great view of the beach. Restrooms and even a sauna are available on the pool deck for your convenience. The parkside grill on the ground floor of the complex is available for Summerhouse guests' use. A little housekeeping on the property: there is one designated parking spot for the unit and a guest parking lot; however, no boats, jet skis or trailers are allowed.
