Welcome to our Sun Valley mountain home just steps away from the base of Dollar Mountain. Located within walking distance to the Sun Valley Mall, home to dining, shopping, and the year-round outdoor ice skating rink, as well as the Summer Music Pavillionhosting the Sun Valley Symphony. Our first-floor home was recently renovated and it includes 2 big-screen TVs with cable and streaming capabilities, WiFi, a washer and dryer, a heated bathroom floor, and a lyft bed. This unit is suitable for both business and personal vacations. Located steps away from the unit is a modern clubhouse with a jacuzzi, games, TV, kitchen, shower, and washer and dryer. In the summer there is an outdoor swimming pool, grill, and an outdoor fireplace available to guests. Transportation, to Ketchum and the base of Bald Mountain, is located near the entry to this beautiful complex. Enjoy yourself in the prestigious Sun Valley destination. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
