Perched on a cliff overlooking the Northern-most point of the Puget Sound, our property shelters eagles, owls, and dozens of song birds. Deer wander the property, along with raccoons and other small denizens of the dark. The stars at night sparkle as you relax in the quiet hot-tub. It's a little bit of paradise, a world away and only 90 minutes from Seattle. Our private entrance to your suite, along with the fireplace and spacious sitting room, make this a wonderful place to create memories. A comfortable bed, a private bath, microwave, fridge, and coffee station, allow you to find your way to serenity. Enjoy a glass of wine with the views, or relax and just chill. Anacortes is a charming sea-faring town with wonderful restaurants nearby so you can bring provisions, or go out to eat. We even have a cat to keep you company. We are pet-friendly too for an additional fee. We are NOT wheel chair accessible. We have stairs. There is a fee for pets. Please inform us if you plan to bring an animal.

Jay & Leslie enjoy meeting fellow travelers. There's always time for a cuppa or a glass of wine if you choose to share your evening or morning. We can also provide privacy if that is your preference. We have hosted folks for weddings, work, engagements, honeymoons, as well as babymoons. Celebrations come naturally to our home. We love hosting travelers, it's always exciting to hear your adventures. We love our home and enjoy gardening as we work to tame our 2 acres of land. Always changing with the seasons, we have a firepit for backyard enjoyment weather permitting. Our gazebo is a terrific place for kisses, (aren't they always?). Enjoy the view, relax or take off for a run or walk or go for a hike, or a boat ride or a whale watching tour. Bike riding is awesome here as well and Mount Erie hosts some nice rock climbing. There's plenty to do, but don't miss sunsets at Deception Pass! Downtown Anacortes and La Conner have several great restaurants. We love Nell Thorns, and Santo Coyote in La Conner. Nonna Luisa's and Adrift are excellent here in Anacortes. There is a very good Irish pub, Shawn O'Donnell's on Hwy 20. Anacortes has several marinas, so there are kayak rentals and fishing tours, as well as Whale Watching. The Ferries leave from Anacortes out to the San Juan Islands. It's a special place and we are excited to be here and to host you.

We are a rural property, about 5 miles outside of Anacortes proper. Best accessed by car, we have hosted those on road bikes, motorcycles, trucks and cars. We have tons of privacy and it's quiet, which is so valued today in our hectic world. Our property is on a hillside at the top of a cliff, we do have access via a short walk to the water. It's not handicap friendly, because there are steps. We are pet friendly, please ask about our special fee for dogs or cats. As hosts, we have lots to share about the local attractions, boating, crabbing, fishing and walks on the beach are all nearby. Explore the San Juan islands from here. We are about 15 minutes from the ferry docks. Reservations are recommended for vehicles during Spring and Summer runs. Summertime also brings a ferry which goes to Victoria BC. Closer to home, Whidbey Island is wonderful, Coupeville, is charming, Oak Harbor has a terrific downtown, and Deception Pass is awesome . Anacortes hosts constant festivals, from the Spring wine festival, to the Beer on the Pier in Autumn, Summer Farmers Markets and Winter Holiday celebrations. Come and share our little bit of heaven!
