Bring the whole family for a memorable escape to the beach with this elegant home in Seaside, OR. This contemporary house with a private hot tub will comfortably sleep up to nine people. Sitting on the quieter south end of Seaside, you'll enjoy a location within walking distance of Seaside Golf Course and just three blocks from the beach. Step into the bright living room, perfect for entertaining or relaxing. A colorful couch, also a comfortable queen bed, is great for reading or conversing in the natural light from the windows, and leather armchairs near the gas fireplace provide ample comfort for rainy nights. A dining room with a large table joins this room. Sitting beneath marvelous sunset photographs is a rustic wood slab dining table- to enjoy a home-cooked meal or some take-out. The kitchen is bright and open, with many windows and plenty of counter space to prepare big meals. You'll enjoy a full suite of amenities and helpful extras, like a blender, mixer, slow cooker, and crab pot, so you can whip up anything you're used to making at home or be inspired to try something new (fresh seafood is always a great option)! Adjacent to the kitchen is the TV room, with a sectional and a large TV. Take advantage of premium cable channels, a DishNetwork DVR to record your favorite shows to watch later, and a smart TV with Netflix streaming, and YouTube. WiFi is available. A door in this room leads to a half bath and a laundry room with a washer/dryer. Parking in the attached garage makes rainy-day unpacking easy. Additionally, in the garage, you will find sand toys, a boogie board, skim board, foosball table,3 adult bikes and 5 kid bikes of varied sizes, a BOB stroller, and a large Radio Flyer wagon to transport kids or one of the coolers to the beach. There are four upstairs bedrooms and two and a half baths. The primary suite features a king bed, north-facing window seating, a large TV with a smart Roku, and an en suite bathroom.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
