Perfect house for family or large groups. No prom or senior weeks. In summer, there is a minimum 1-week rental. Free use of beach badges, chairs, umbrellas, and toys. Private screened-in curtained porch. 1.5 blocks to the beach and boardwalk + parking. The sunroom has been converted into a 5th bedroom. Finished basement w/ 2 bedrooms and 2 futon beds, windows, own bathroom, and entrance. The full-week rental is June 1-Aug 31 each year. Shorter stays welcome during other months.
As a seasoned traveler, I've explored many corners of the world and love sharing the best parts of my adventures with my guests. Now, as a family man, I bring my own family down to enjoy everything this area has to offer—from the boardwalk and beach to the nearby theaters and Island Waterpark at the Showboat. I'm excited to help you create your own unique memories at Sunshine House! My brother—a former U.S. diplomat who has traveled to over 50 countries—helps manage the house when he's not off exploring far flung destinations around the world. He speaks English, Spanish, Russian, and French.
We're a safe neighborhood located 1 1/2 blocks from the boardwalk and beach. Ice cream shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The beach is wide with soft sand and staffed with lifeguards. Biking, running, or walking on the boardwalk is popular. Tennis, golf, mini golf, basketball courts, and pickleball courts are within walking distance. Casinos, high-end shopping, and dining are located within a 10-minute drive. There is also Outlet shopping, so there's something for everyone!
