Inn Keeping is a dream come true and a life style that I love. The Sutton House B&B is close enough to the famous Keepsake Quilting shop so I always have a project in the works. I especially love hearing the church bells chime when I am out in the garden areas. My goal is to hike all the local trails and enjoy kayaking each spring and fall. We have enjoyed hosting so many wonderful guests from all over the world and many come back again! OUR NEW MOBILE FRIENDLY RESPONSIVE WEBSITE WILL BE LAUNCHED IN EARLY 2018! We are open year round and the off season offers all kinds of events without the crowds and at huge savings too! Be good to yourself and your loved ones and book a weekend get-away today.
Just a short walk from the Sutton House there is a secret spot where a bird's eye view of Lake Winnipesaukee can be found. Then just across the street is the illusive stone arch pathway to the historic Center Harbor cemetery which is where the town's early settlers are laid to rest. Wild turkey, deer and white and black belted cows can be spotted if you're quiet enough. In March the Maple trees are tapped for our own locally made syrup which is served with our Sunday morning pumpkin pancakes & belgian waffles. We are very close to Keepsake Quilting Shop, the Canoe Restaurant is across the street, plus a number of other shops and eateries within walking distance of the B & B. You can even rent and launch a kayak just down the street from us. Boat launch site and the town beach is only 4-5 blocks away and the view of Center Harbor Bay is like no other.
